This instrument was originally made under section 23A of the Export Control Act 1982 and from 28 March 2021 at 3 am is continued in force as if the order were rules (tariff rate quota rules) made under subsection 432(1) of the Export Control Act 2020 for the purposes of section 264 of that Act (see Schedule 3, Part 8, item 55 of the Export Control (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2020).
