  Reason: The Senate Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation Committee requested further information on certain clauses as a condition to withdraw a notice of disallowance. The Assistant Minister to the Attorney-General undertook to amend the ES and the notice was withdrawn. The updated ES has been approved by the Attorney-General.
