  Reason: To reinsert the brand Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, USP 875 mg/125 mg (Aurobindo - Medsurge) in the entry for Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid in the form Tablet containing 875 mg amoxicillin (as trihydrate) with 125 mg clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) (s19A) in Part 1 of Schedule 1 as the brand was incorrectly removed during the compilation process. To omit the brand Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, USP 875 mg/125 mg (Micro Labs) in the entry for Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid in the form Tablet containing 875 mg amoxicillin (as trihydrate) with 125 mg clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) (s19A) in Part 1 of Schedule 1 as the amendment was incorrectly incorporated during the compilation process. To replace “F2024L00426” with “F2024L00498” in the “Includes amendments” section on the cover page of Volume 7 as the incorrect Legislation Register ID was inserted during the compilation process.
