s 50 of the Legislation Act 2003
s 4, table item 9 of the Legislation (Treatment-Related Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2024 changed the date from 1/4/2024 to 1/10/2026
Most legislative instruments will sunset 10 years after commencement under Chapter 3, Part 4 of the of the Legislation Act 2003.
