The enabling provisions in subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 were repealed by Schedule 1, Part 2, item 63 of the Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017. The enabling provision in subsection 7(4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 no longer provides authority for this type of instrument (see Schedule 1, Part 2, item 64 of the Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017).
Most legislative instruments will sunset 10 years after commencement under Chapter 3, Part 4 of the of the Legislation Act 2003.
